In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Laptech Hub Electronics LLC. “You” means the person or company using this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order.
By browsing this website, creating an account, submitting a quotation request, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
If you are ordering on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on its behalf.
2. Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. We sell to individual customers, businesses, institutions, resellers and international buyers.
We may decline any order, or cancel an order after it is placed, where we are unable to verify the buyer, where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a price was published in error. If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we refund any amount already taken in full.
3. Your account
You may browse the website without an account, and you may check out as a guest. Where you create an account:
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- You must tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Business accounts may be subject to verification before business pricing, quotations, purchase orders or payment terms are enabled.
We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, used to place false orders, or used in breach of these terms.
4. Products, descriptions and condition
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including brand, model, configuration and condition. Products are sold in one of three conditions, and the condition is stated on the product page:
- New — supplied factory sealed.
- Open box — sealed packaging has been opened; the unit itself is unused unless the product page says otherwise.
- Refurbished — previously used, tested and graded before resale. The grade is stated on the product page.
Specifications are supplied by manufacturers and can vary between production batches, regions and configurations. Where a particular specification is essential to your purchase, confirm it with us in writing before you order, and we will confirm it against the exact unit we would ship.
Product photographs are for illustration. Accessories, software and peripherals shown in a photograph are not included unless they are listed in the box contents on the product page.
Where a product page shows “Request current price” or “Check availability” instead of a price, that item is quoted on enquiry, and no price is being offered until we confirm one to you in writing.
5. Availability
Availability shown on the website reflects our records at the time you view the page. It is not a reservation. Stock is allocated to your order when the order is confirmed, not when you add an item to the cart or receive a quotation.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a revised delivery date, an alternative product, or a full refund of that item.
6. Prices, VAT and currency
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Each product page states whether the price shown includes or excludes VAT. Where VAT applies, it is charged at the rate in force in the United Arab Emirates on the date of the invoice, and a VAT invoice is issued with your order.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your purchase is the price confirmed in your order confirmation, or the price stated in a written quotation we have issued to you.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment. For international shipments, import duties and taxes in the destination country are not included in our prices.
If a price is published in obvious error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
7. How an order is formed
Placing an order on the website is an offer by you to buy. The order confirmation we send you by email is our acceptance of that offer, and a contract is formed at that point. An automatic acknowledgement that we have received your order is not acceptance.
8. Quotations, purchase orders and business terms
Quotations we issue are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. After that period the pricing must be re-confirmed.
A quotation is not a reservation of stock. Prices and lead times in a quotation are subject to availability at the time you confirm the order.
Purchase orders and payment terms are available only to business accounts we have approved in advance, and remain subject to any credit limit we set.
Items configured, built or sourced specifically to your requirement may not be cancellable once the order is confirmed. We will tell you in the quotation where this applies.
9. Payment
The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. All payments must clear in full before goods are dispatched, except where approved payment terms are in place.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive, process or store your full card details at any point.
We may carry out identity, address and fraud checks before dispatch, particularly on high-value orders, orders shipped to an address other than the billing address, and first orders on a new account.
10. Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Product cover is governed by our Warranty Policy. Personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Those documents form part of these terms. Where any of them conflicts with these terms on a specific point, the more specific document applies to that point.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection where you collect. Ownership passes to you when we have been paid in full.
11. Cancelling an order
You may ask us to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched, and we will cancel it and refund you in full, unless the item was configured or sourced specifically for you.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is handled as a return under our Return Policy.
12. Using this website
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain access to any account, system or data that is not yours;
- scrape, copy, republish or resell website content, product data, specifications or pricing without our written permission;
- submit false enquiries, fraudulent orders, or another person’s details;
- use automated systems to place orders or harvest data.
We may withdraw access to the website from anyone who breaches this section.
13. Intellectual property and trademarks
The design, layout, text, graphics and arrangement of this website belong to Laptech Hub Electronics LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
All product names, brand names, model names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear on this website for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement by, authorisation from, or any partnership with those owners.
14. Reviews and content you submit
Product reviews are moderated before they are published. By submitting a review, question or other content, you confirm it is your own, that it is truthful, and that you give us permission to publish it on the website.
We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, unrelated to the product, or that contains another person’s private information.
15. Liability
We supply products with reasonable care and skill, and we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract.
We are not responsible for:
- loss of data — you are responsible for backing up your data before sending any device to us for service, return or trade-in;
- loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity;
- damage caused by use of a product for a purpose it was not designed for, or by installation, modification or repair carried out by anyone other than the manufacturer or a party we have authorised.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any part of this section conflicts with those laws, the law applies and the rest of these terms remain in force.
16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, manufacturer discontinuation, customs or port delays, transport disruption, power or network failure, and government or regulatory action.
Where such an event causes a material delay, we will inform you as soon as we can and offer you a revised date or a full refund.
17. Privacy
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to request access to it, correction of it, or its deletion.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the website at the time you placed your order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
19. If something goes wrong
Please contact us first. Most issues are resolved faster directly than through any formal process.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may raise it with the relevant consumer protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.
20. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right under these terms immediately, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later. These terms are between you and Laptech Hub Electronics LLC, and no other person has the right to enforce them.
21. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from any order placed through this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
